Like all magnetic phone holders, Luna's Phone Holder requires steel roof support bars. The device's rubber stabilizing arms give it universal compatibiliy with all steel bars regardless of thickness.
Will it work with my phone case?
Luna's Phone Holder uses "Magsafe Technology" this means it requires a Magsafe compatible phone case. Check the back of your phone case for an off-colored circle noted in the listing photos, and you are good to go!
Is it strong enough for bumpy paths?
Yes! Luna's Phone Holder attaches to your golfcart with a magnet rated for 110lbs of pulling force and attaches to your phone with a magsafe compatible ring rated for 55lbs. No bump, root, pot hole, or curb will compromise your phone's safety while it is attached to this phone holder!
Does it work with Android phones?
Luna's Phone Holder REQUIRES a magsafe compatible case, as long as your phone case has an off-colored magnetic ring on the back of it noted in the listing photos it is compatible with this phone holder!
How do I remove it from the carabiner clip?
This magnet is STRONG! Be sure to bend the carabiner to break its bond from the magnet like you are breaking a piece of spagetti. Pulling it off the carabiner with raw pulling force, could result in damage to your golf bag.
