Return Policy

Luna's Golf Co. accepts returns and exchanges for eligible products shipped within the United States.

Return window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Product condition

Returned products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. We may decline returns for products that are used, damaged after delivery, missing parts, or not in original condition.

Return method

Returns are handled by mail. To start a return or exchange, contact us at rob@lunasprintshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for providing and paying for the return shipping label unless Luna's Golf Co. determines the product arrived defective or the wrong item was sent.

Restocking fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged within the same 30-day window, subject to product availability.
